Nice 2 bedroom villa located 4kms from famous Estela beach golf camp, and for its golden dunes where an unofficial nude beach is placed. The villa is placed on a very quieted village in Póvoa de Varzim district, just 1km from nearest A28 motorway exit.
The villa was renovated in 2016, and offers a 1000m2 of exterior area. It has a nice porch and courtyard where exterior meals are possible. For children total pleasure and extra security, pool is fenced. Inside villa there are 2 cosy bedrooms which shared a shower bathroom and a nice dining/living room, which has direct Access to exterior courtyard. This villa is a very nice holiday house with good price/quality relationship.
On the property there is a big saloon with table and chairs, guests may use it BUT AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT INCLUDE ON THE RENTAL PRICE.
